I have been practicing Sahajayoga since January 1999. When I first saw Sri Mataji at a reception for journalists. My daughter had accompanied me. That was the first time she had anything to do with Sahajayoga. As she sat listening to Sri Mataji gave a short talk my daughter Sheethal kept saying “I am freezing mommy “. In the end all the audience were allowed to shake Sri Mataji’s hand at that time. I shook Sri Mataji’s hand and after that my daughter got to shake Her hand. Sri Mataji’s comment was,”she is already Realized”. Reading my mind that my daughter needed Realization. I was thinking how can my daughter be Realized, she never did any affirmations before, knowing little that just the presence of Sri Mataji can raise anyone’s Kundalini!
